Partner Program Terms & Conditions

These Partner Terms ("Terms") apply to participation in the LovedBy.ai Partner Program ("Program"). By signing up for the Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not join the Program.

1. How It Works

Our program is designed to be high-value and long-term. You refer clients to LovedBy.ai, and you earn a recurring commission for as long as they stay with us.

  • Sign Up: Register for a Partner Account to get your unique tracking link.
  • Promote: Recommend LovedBy.ai to your audience using your link.
  • Earn: Receive a 30% lifetime commission on every paid subscription you generate.

2. Enrollment & Acceptance

To join, you must complete the application on our Partner Page. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion (e.g., if your website promotes illegal activities or conflicts with our brand values). Once approved, you will gain access to the Partner Dashboard.

3. Commissions & Payment

We believe in rewarding our partners generously. Here is how you get paid:

  • Commission Rate: You will earn 30% of the Net Revenue from every eligible subscription you refer.
  • Lifetime Recurring: This is not a one-time fee. You continue to earn this 30% commission for the lifetime of the customer's subscription, provided they remain a paid user.
  • Attribution (Cookie Window): If a user clicks your link, they have 180 days to sign up for you to get credit for the referral.
  • The 14-Day Free Trial: Please note that LovedBy.ai offers a 14-day free trial.
  • You earn a commission only after the trial ends and the customer’s credit card is successfully charged.
  • No commission is earned on signups that cancel before the trial period ends.

4. Payout Schedule

  • Minimum Threshold: You must have a balance of at least $50 to trigger a payout. If you do not reach this amount in a given month, your balance rolls over to the next month.
  • Payment Frequency: Commissions are calculated and paid out once per month.
  • Refunds: If a customer requests a refund after a payment has been made, we will deduct the corresponding commission from your next payout.

5. Promotion Guidelines

We want you to share LovedBy.ai enthusiastically, but there are rules to keep things fair and legal.

Do:

  • Create content (blogs, videos, social posts) about how LovedBy.ai helps websites get cited by AI.
  • Use the creative assets provided in your Partner Dashboard.
  • Disclose your partnership: You must clearly disclose that you are an affiliate/partner (e.g., "This post contains affiliate links").

Don't:

  • Spam: Do not send unsolicited emails or messages.
  • Misrepresent: Do not make false claims about what our product does (e.g., "Guaranteed #1 ranking in ChatGPT overnight").
  • Brand Bidding: Do not run PPC ads (like Google Ads) that bid on our brand keywords ("LovedBy.ai", "Loved By AI") without written permission.
  • Self-Referrals: You cannot use your own referral link to purchase a subscription for yourself.

6. Licenses & Intellectual Property

  • Our Grant to You: We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our brand name and logos solely to promote our services during your time as a Partner.
  • Your Grant to Us: You allow us to list you as a Partner on our website (if we choose to create a Partner Directory).

7. Relationship of Parties

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or legal partner of LovedBy.ai. You have no authority to act on our behalf or bind us to any contracts.

8. Term & Termination

  • Duration: These Terms apply as long as you are a Partner.
  • Termination:
    • You can leave the program at any time by notifying us.
    • We can terminate your participation at any time if you violate these terms (e.g., spamming or fraud).
  • Effect of Termination: If terminated for cause (violation of terms), you forfeit unpaid commissions. If terminated without cause, we will pay out remaining eligible commissions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LovedBy.ai will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (like lost profits) arising from this Program. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. General

  • Updates: We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or the Partner Dashboard.
  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the same laws as our General Terms of Use.
